I specialize in representing my clients in the purchase and sale of single-family residences and income property within the cities of Norwalk, Cerritos, Whittier, Downey, Bellflower, Artesia, Buena Park, Pico Rivera,Santa Fe Springs and
La Mirada. I keep current on all transactions in these areas, including mortgage, loan, title insurance, building code, and inspection services. I am also very knowledgeable about the local area, including schools.
Personal
I am a senior who has lived in Norwalk from the early 1950's until 2002. I raised a family of eight children with my beloved wife who past a way in late 1998. I was always busy with extra-curricular activities,as a Planning Commissioner for City Of Norwalk for ten years,church bingo and fiesta for years and a couple of business ventures with family.I graduated from the Charles City High School in Iowa in 1948. I served 3 1/2 years in US Air Force during the Korean Conflict with a honorable discharge in October of 1952.
I came to California in the late summer of 1953 and accepted a position with Douglas Aircraft which is now known as "Boeing". So, during those 37 years I served 32 years and retired in July of 1990. I have been a Realtor since 1985 and have loved the industry, even with it's up and downs and it always climbing back out of the lows.
My current hobbies include being a grandfather and spending time with my family, some traveling, and participating in a investment in northern Iowa until recently.
